Strategic ad-tech alliance for smartclip and M6 Publicité

The collaboration will progressively integrate smartclip's ad-tech solutions into M6 Publicité’s technology stack

smartclip and M6 Publicité have announced a strategic technology partnership agreement.

The collaboration will progressively integrate smartclip’s ad-tech solutions into M6 Publicité’s technology stack, aiming to support Groupe M6’s ambition to triple streaming revenues to €200 million by 2028.

smartclip, RTL Group’s ad-tech business, will provide the French broadcaster with access to a unified technology set-up for streaming and Addressable TV (Segmented TV and L-Banner), aiming to streamline advertising delivery across diverse environments, said the companies. A dedicated team in France will leverage its understanding of the local regulatory environment and market demands to directly address market challenges.

Enhanced capabilities to integrate new demand sources will be provided, enabling open programmatic buying and fostering domestic and international inventory collaborations and real-time, cross-media measurement reporting delivered via a Realytics integrated user interface, aiming to produce actionable insights and performance analysis, added the companies.
