Brightcove has completed the acquisition of Ooyala’s online video platform (OVP), intended to strengthen the Cloud service provider’s position as market leader in the online video industry.
Ooyala has recently signed a number of clients for the Ooyala Flex Media Platform, including HBO, Turner, PPC and LFP. Aspects of Ooyala’s technology will be integrated into the Brightcove platform.
