CJP Broadcast Service Solutions Ltd has announced the ATG brand has been transferred from Dan Technologies A/S.
Under the agreement, CJP is granted the right to use the ATG brand name across its marketing activities. Completing the transfer aims to enable the provision of virtual production and broadcast system integration services to ATG customers under the CJP banner. Taking over the support of historic ATG users, CJP will provide them with ongoing access to virtual studio facilities, product expertise, training and technical support. The agreement is intended to simplify processes by providing a single, UK-based interface for joint customers.
Chris Phillips, CJP’s founder and MD, said, “We have worked with ATG for years so this is the perfect fit to help us expand the CJP presence into the corporate and broadcast markets, and to bring additional support and services to existing ATG customers in the UK.”
In conjunction with the transfer, Jonathan Hughes, MD of ATG, joins CJP as the head of bids and proposals, ensuring continuity for existing customers.
Commenting on the brand transfer, Christoffer Kay, Group COO, Dan Technologies, said: “Blending the excellence of the ATG brand with the expertise and resources of CJP within the virtual production space will deliver continuity of support services and an enhanced offering to many historic ATG clients. CJP is emerging as a virtual production and broadcast powerhouse in the UK market, expanding into its existing vertical, and growing its business in the field of VP and broadcast. We are pleased to secure the ATG brand within this context.”
