Huawei have announced the release of a new new cloud-based high performance unified Content Delivery Network solution.
The new solution will “assist operators to improve user experience, and carry out services covering a large number of users of high-definition video, 4K/UHD video, UGC video and personalised sharing.”
It includes cloud-based architecture which supports “distributed processing, multiple content centres deployment, multiple tenants CDN service operation and fast service deployment with Cloud mode.
The solution also supports an IPTV 4K 60P scenario, allowing users to output a stream to a single device at up to 48Gbps.
Huawei says the unified CDN solution also “supports all kinds of content distribution scenarios in fixed and mobile network, such as IPTV, OTT video, Internet Cache, online streaming video, B2B CDN.”
