MultiDyne Fiber Optic Solutions has appointed Bob McAlpine as chief operating officer, following a year of working with the company through broadcast industry consultancy Black Pearl Management Group LLC.
McAlpine has previously served as MultiDyne’s global sales and business development VP in the late 2000s, as well as stints at Telecast Fiber Systems and Cobalt Digital.
In his new position at MultiDyne, McAlpine will leverage his extensive experience and industry relationships to help the company grow its footprint in the global marketplace.
“Bob has helped MultiDyne grow from being a respected engineering company into a world-class enterprise with a robust global strategy,” said MultiDyne CEO Frank Jachetta. “As we keep scaling our business up, our organisation and processes must continue to evolve, and Bob has helped improve the structure around our growing team.
