NEP Europe is to change its operational structure with three new ‘clusters’ in the Nordics, Mid and South, and UK, Netherlands and Ireland.

From tomorrow (February 14th) NEP Europe’s three clusters will be:
- Nordics, representing NEP’s operations in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark. It will be overseen by Marko Vitanen.
- Mid and South, representing NEP’s operations in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Spain and overseen by Maarten Swinnen.
- UK, Netherlands and Ireland, which will continue to be led by Arjan van Westerloo.
All three leaders will report into NEP Europe president Lise Heidal.
Each of the clusters will continue to be responsible for project delivery and business operations, customer engagement and growth, and, internally, employee development, said NEP.
Speaking about the new structure, Lise Heidal said, “This redesign of our group into three clusters is an important step toward building a stronger ‘One Europe’ team, enabling us to deliver the best of NEP to both our local and pan-European customers. With this new structure, we will move faster, enhance collaboration, and optimise the sharing of resources across the entire region.”
