This year’s Royal Television Society Craft & Design Awards are now open for entries.
The annual event celebrates the best in skills and processes in programme production.
There are 11 categories covering Design, Make Up Design, Costume Design, Production Design, Effects, Directors, Photography, Lighting and Multicamera, Sound, Editing and Music. In addition, three awards are given at the discretion of the judges: Design and Craft Innovation, Judges’ and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Lee Connolly, creative director at ITV Studios, is chair of this year’s event. He said, “The RTS Craft & Design Awards are an excellent way of recognising the extraordinary breadth of talent and depth of expertise we have throughout the creative content industry and I am delighted to be the new chair.”

The Awards will be presented on 27th November at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
