The Royal Television Society (RTS) has announced that it is now accepting entries for the RTS Craft & Design Awards 2018.
The Awards celebrate excellence in broadcast television and aim to recognise the variety of skills and processes involved in programme production.
The Awards are presented in 11 categories including: Design, Make Up Design, Costume Design, Production Design, Effects, Director, Photography, Lighting and Multicamera, Sound, Editing and Music.
There are also two awards given at the discretion of the Society: RTS Special Award and Lifetime Achievement Award. Entries are not accepted for these categories but the RTS welcomes suggestions.
RTS Craft & Design Awards chair and creative director at ITV Studios, Lee Connolly, said: “The RTS Craft & Design Awards are an excellent way of recognising the extraordinary breadth of talent and depth of expertise we have throughout the creative content industry.”
All entries must be submitted using the RTS Online Awards Entry System here by Monday 3rd September 2018. All entries must have been first transmitted between 1st September 2017 and 31st August 2018 and may be submitted by companies or individuals.
