ITV Studios production hours hit “an all-time high” in 2018, with five of the top 10 most-watched programmes in the UK produced by the company.
ITV Studios produced a record high of over 8,500 hours of original content in 2018, including Bodyguard, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here and Vera which were created and produced by labels that are part of ITV Studios.
In addition, international production of Love Island tripled in 2018, with shows on air in the UK, Germany, Australia, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
A record number of new dramas are also due to be delivered in 2019, including Noughts and Crosses, Snowpiercer and Wild Bill, as well as returning dramas Gomorrah, Profilage and Line of Duty.

“We take a step closer to fulfilling this ambition as we head into 2019 with a catalogue of over 40,000 hours; the highest number of new dramas due to be delivered and more entertainment shows in new territories than ever before.”
