Telos Alliance to introduce Professional Services offering at IBC 2022

The Telos Alliance will be introducing new Professional Services offerings at IBC 2022 and will also be demonstrating its innovative technology in strategic partner booths.

As one of the world’s most respected content and technology events, IBC 2022 provides the ideal forum for Telos Alliance to engage in meaningful conversations with customers about their projects and provides an ideal forum to discuss new solutions.  As Telos Alliance continues to grow as a solutions provider, the complexity of offering hardware and software in different combinations makes it necessary to engage in a new way to meet customers’ requirements.

Says Marty Sacks, EVP of sales, marketing and strategy at Telos Alliance, “We’re extremely excited to introduce a new dimension to our support department, called Professional Services. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to meet customers where they are along their journey of implementing new technology and provide them with a customised  experience.”

Telos Alliance’s Professional Services offering isn’t brand new, but rather an expansion of the way we  care for  our  customers. Professional Services includes pre-sales consulting, remote and onsite configuration, container deployment and configuration, proof-of-concept (POC) work and more. Sacks continues, “We’re offering customers a new way in which to engage with us to acquire, install and support or modify solutions  to meet their requirements, in all three phases of the buying journey including pre-sales, on-boarding and ongoing care after the commissioning. Telos Alliance is dedicated to providing customers with exceptional service well beyond the traditional pre-and post-sales support that we are well known for.”

The Telos Alliance exhibit space will focus on reconnecting with customers and engaging in project driven conversations which our customers have told us is the most significant part of returning to in person events. These conversations will lead to in-person demos at customers’ facilities after IBC where specific workflows can be demonstrated in a more conducive customer centric environment.
