Object Matrix and VSN have collaborated to qualify the Object Matrix MatrixStore platform with VSN’s media management solution, VSNExplorer.
VSNExplorer is a media management solution for audiovisual companies, TV channels and corporations and features open architecture, scalability, multi-platform and multi-site configuration and integration with the cloud. MatrixStore is a nearline hub for handling multiple workflows, providing secure ingest storage and delivering disaster recovery and business continuity workflows.
The collaboration aims to enable organisations to automate workflows and processes and ensure the content is protected in a highly audited and secure platform. Using either the Object Matrix MatrixStore API, MXFS (MatrixStore file system interface) or the SMB gateway, VSNExplorer users can capture, ingest, process and share content.
