Facing the challenges of producing its daily scripted drama, Thuis, Warner Bros Belgium to reduce its manual workload, boost collaboration and drive efficiencies throughout its processes.

Aiming to automate time-consuming routine tasks such as metadata entry and audio synchronisation, Warner Bros Belgium deployed a system that integrated solutions from Limecraft, DzjinTonik, and LockitScript.
Automated metadata management was provided by Limecraft’s cloud-based platform, reducing the need for manual input and enabling greater collaboration and faster turnaround times. Delivering enhanced production planning, DzjinTonik delivered metadata flow into post production via the LockitScript app. The solution supports shot logging, scene synchronisation and metadata tracking, allowing editors to focus on higher-value tasks.
Talle Leyssens, CTO at Warner Bros. Belgium, commented, “Operational efficiency is more important than ever and we are constantly searching for the most modern technology that enables us to produce as efficiently as possible.”
Operational efficiencies have been “significantly enhanced,” said the company. Automated ingest allows the pre-editing process to be managed by a single editor, review cycles have been accelerated and the integration provides the ability to scale to meet post production requirements.
